مرحبًا بك في Quizy Games. باستخدامك لتطبيقاتنا وألعابنا — ومنها لعبة الجرس وسائر الألعاب ضمن المجموعة ("التطبيق") — فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. إن لم توافق عليها، يُرجى عدم استخدام التطبيق. Welcome to Quizy Games. By using our apps and games — including the Buzzer game and the other games in the collection (the "App") — you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. استخدام التطبيق1. Use of the App
- يجب ألا يقل عمرك عن 13 عامًا لاستخدام التطبيق.You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
- أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية حسابك وعن كل نشاط يتم من خلاله.You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it.
- توافق على استخدام التطبيق للأغراض الشخصية غير التجارية فقط.You agree to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
2. الحساب2. Account
- يتم تسجيل الدخول عبر حساب Google. أنت مسؤول عن دقّة بياناتك.Sign-in is via a Google account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your data.
- يحق لنا تعليق أو إنهاء أي حساب يخالف هذه الشروط أو قواعد السلوك.We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or the code of conduct.
- يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت عبر صفحة حذف الحساب أو من داخل التطبيق.You can delete your account anytime via the account deletion page or in-app.
3. قواعد السلوك والمحتوى3. Code of Conduct & Content
يتيح التطبيق التفاعل مع لاعبين آخرين عبر الدردشة النصية والصوتية وأسماء المستخدمين والصور الرمزية. باستخدامك لهذه الميزات توافق على عدم القيام بالآتي: The App lets you interact with other players via text/voice chat, usernames, and avatars. By using these features you agree not to:
- نشر محتوى مسيء أو بذيء أو تحريضي أو يحضّ على الكراهية أو العنف.Post abusive, obscene, inflammatory, hateful, or violent content.
- التحرّش أو التنمّر أو تهديد أو انتحال شخصية لاعبين آخرين.Harass, bully, threaten, or impersonate other players.
- نشر محتوى جنسي أو غير قانوني أو ينتهك حقوق الآخرين.Post sexual or illegal content, or content that infringes others' rights.
- إرسال رسائل مزعجة (Spam) أو روابط ضارة أو إعلانات غير مصرّح بها.Send spam, malicious links, or unauthorized advertising.
- الغش أو استخدام برامج أو ثغرات للتلاعب بنتائج اللعب أو الترتيب.Cheat or use software/exploits to manipulate results or rankings.
- محاولة اختراق أو تعطيل الخدمة أو الوصول غير المصرّح به إلى بيانات الآخرين.Attempt to hack, disrupt the service, or access others' data without authorization.
4. المحتوى الذي تنشئه4. Content You Create
تظل مسؤولًا عن أي محتوى تنشره (رسائل، اسم مستخدم، صورة). وتمنحنا ترخيصًا محدودًا لعرض هذا المحتوى داخل التطبيق بغرض تشغيل الخدمة. يحق لنا إزالة أي محتوى يخالف هذه الشروط.You remain responsible for any content you post (messages, username, avatar). You grant us a limited license to display it within the App to operate the service. We may remove any content that violates these Terms.
5. العملات والمشتريات داخل اللعبة5. In-Game Coins & Purchases
- قد يحتوي التطبيق على عملات ومكافآت افتراضية ليس لها قيمة نقدية حقيقية ولا يمكن استبدالها بنقود.The App may include virtual coins and rewards that have no real monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- العناصر الافتراضية مرخّصة لك للاستخدام داخل اللعبة فقط ولا يجوز بيعها أو نقلها.Virtual items are licensed for in-game use only and may not be sold or transferred.
6. الإعلانات6. Advertising
يُموَّل التطبيق جزئيًّا عبر الإعلانات. باستخدامك للتطبيق توافق على عرض الإعلانات. لمعرفة كيفية تعاملنا مع بيانات الإعلانات راجع سياسة الخصوصية.The App is partly funded by ads. By using it you agree to see ads. To learn how we handle ad data, see the Privacy Policy.
7. الملكية الفكرية7. Intellectual Property
جميع حقوق التطبيق ومحتواه وشعاراته وتصميماته مملوكة لـ Quizy Games. لا يجوز نسخها أو إعادة استخدامها دون إذن كتابي مسبق.All rights to the App, its content, logos, and designs belong to Quizy Games. They may not be copied or reused without prior written permission.
8. إخلاء المسؤولية8. Disclaimer
يُقدَّم التطبيق "كما هو" دون أي ضمانات. لا نتحمّل المسؤولية عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة ناتجة عن استخدام التطبيق، بالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون.The App is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect damages arising from use of the App, to the extent permitted by law.
9. تعديل الخدمة والشروط9. Changes to the Service & Terms
قد نعدّل التطبيق أو هذه الشروط في أي وقت. سننشر التعديلات على هذه الصفحة، واستمرارك في الاستخدام بعدها يعني موافقتك عليها.We may modify the App or these Terms at any time. We'll post changes on this page, and continued use means you accept them.
