حذف الحساب والبياناتDelete Account & Data

في Quizy Games يمكنك حذف حسابك وكل بياناتك المرتبطة به في أي وقت. هناك طريقتان:At Quizy Games you can delete your account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways:
الطريقة الأولى: من داخل التطبيق (الأسرع)Option 1: In the app (fastest)
- افتح التطبيق وسجّل الدخول بحسابك.Open the app and sign in.
- اذهب إلى الملف الشخصي ثم الإعدادات.Go to Profile then Settings.
- اختر «حذف الحساب».Tap "Delete account".
- أكّد الحذف. سيُحذف حسابك وكل بياناتك نهائيًّا.Confirm. Your account and all data will be permanently deleted.
الطريقة الثانية: عبر البريد الإلكترونيOption 2: By email
أرسل رسالة من نفس البريد الإلكتروني المرتبط بحسابك إلى العنوان التالي وعنوانها «طلب حذف حساب»، مع ذكر اسم المستخدم الخاص بك:Send an email from the same address linked to your account to the address below, with the subject "Account deletion request" and your username:
سنعالج طلبك ونحذف حسابك خلال 30 يومًا كحد أقصى، ونؤكّد لك ذلك بالبريد.We will process your request and delete your account within 30 days at most, and confirm by email.
ما الذي يُحذف؟What gets deleted?
- بيانات حسابك: الاسم، البريد، الصورة الرمزية، ومعرّف الحساب.Account data: name, email, avatar, and account ID.
- بيانات اللعب: النقاط، الترتيب، نتائج المباريات، العملات، والمهام.Gameplay data: points, rank, match results, coins, and missions.
- قائمة الأصدقاء والحظر ورسائل الدردشة المرتبطة بك.Your friends/block lists and associated chat messages.
بيانات قد نحتفظ بهاData we may retain
قد نحتفظ بحد أدنى من البيانات لفترة محدودة إذا لزم ذلك لأسباب قانونية أو أمنية أو لمنع إساءة الاستخدام، ثم تُحذف. للمزيد راجع سياسة الخصوصية.We may keep a minimal amount of data for a limited time if needed for legal, security, or abuse-prevention reasons, then delete it.
