تُوضّح سياسة الخصوصية هذه كيف تقوم Quizy Games ("نحن") بجمع بياناتك واستخدامها وحمايتها عند استخدامك لتطبيقاتنا وألعابنا — ومنها لعبة الجرس (Buzz Gold) وسائر الألعاب ضمن المجموعة (يُشار إليها مجتمعةً بـ"التطبيق"). باستخدامك للتطبيق فإنك توافق على الممارسات الموضّحة في هذه السياسة. This Privacy Policy explains how Quizy Games ("we") collects, uses, and protects your data when you use our apps and games — including the Buzzer (Buzz Gold) game and the other games in the collection (together, the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

• بيانات تسجيل الدخول عبر Google: عند تسجيل الدخول بحساب Google نستقبل اسمك، وبريدك الإلكتروني، وصورتك الشخصية، ومعرّف حساب Google.Google Sign-In data: when you sign in with Google we receive your name, email, profile picture, and Google account ID.
• بيانات الملف الشخصي: اسم المستخدم، الصورة الرمزية التي تختارها أو ترفعها، والدولة/المنطقة إن حدّدتها.Profile data: your username, the avatar you choose or upload, and your country/region if you set it.
• المحتوى الذي تنشئه: رسائل الدردشة داخل المباريات ومع الأصدقاء، ورسائل التواصل والدعم التي ترسلها إلينا.Content you create: chat messages in matches and with friends, plus support messages you send us.

ب) بيانات تُنشأ أثناء اللعبb) Data created while playing

• بيانات اللعب: النقاط، الترتيب، نتائج المباريات، العملات داخل اللعبة، المهام، والإنجازات.Gameplay data: points, rank, match results, in-game coins, missions, and achievements.
• قائمة الأصدقاء والحظر: الأصدقاء الذين تضيفهم والمستخدمون الذين تحظرهم.Friends & block lists: the friends you add and the users you block.
• الدردشة الصوتية: في الألعاب التي تدعم الصوت، يُنقل صوتك لحظيًّا بين اللاعبين أثناء المباراة عبر مزوّد خدمة الصوت. لا نحتفظ بتسجيلات صوتية دائمة.Voice chat: in games that support voice, your audio is transmitted in real time between players during the match via a voice provider. We do not keep permanent voice recordings.

ج) بيانات تُجمع تلقائيًّاc) Data collected automatically

• بيانات الجهاز والتقنية: نوع الجهاز، نظام التشغيل وإصداره، إصدار التطبيق، ولغة الجهاز.Device & technical data: device model, OS and version, app version, and device language.
• المعرّف الإعلاني (Advertising ID): يُستخدم لعرض الإعلانات وقياس أدائها.Advertising ID: used to serve ads and measure their performance.
• رمز الإشعارات (Push Token): لإرسال الإشعارات إلى جهازك.Push token: to send notifications to your device.
• عنوان IP والبيانات التشخيصية: لأغراض الأمان ومنع إساءة الاستخدام وتحسين الخدمة.IP address & diagnostics: for security, abuse prevention, and improving the service.

2. كيف نستخدم بياناتك2. How We Use Your Data

• إنشاء حسابك وتسجيل دخولك وتشغيل ميزات اللعب الأساسية.Create your account, sign you in, and run core gameplay features.
• مطابقتك مع الخصوم، وحفظ تقدّمك، ونقاطك، وترتيبك.Match you with rivals and save your progress, points, and rank.
• تمكين الدردشة النصية والصوتية والتفاعل مع الأصدقاء.Enable text/voice chat and interaction with friends.
• إرسال الإشعارات المتعلقة باللعب (دعوات، أدوار، تحديثات).Send gameplay notifications (invites, turns, updates).
• عرض الإعلانات لدعم استمرار الخدمة مجانًا.Show ads to keep the service free.
• الرد على رسائل الدعم والتواصل الخاصة بك.Respond to your support and contact messages.
• حماية اللعبة من الغش وإساءة الاستخدام، وتطبيق قواعد السلوك.Protect the game from cheating and abuse, and enforce our code of conduct.
• تحسين أداء اللعبة وتطوير ميزات جديدة.Improve performance and develop new features.

3. الإعلانات3. Advertising

يعرض التطبيق إعلانات لدعم تقديمه مجانًا. تُدار الإعلانات عبر Yandex Mobile Ads مع وساطة (Mediation) لشبكة Start.io. قد تستخدم هذه الشبكات المعرّف الإعلاني لجهازك وبعض بيانات الجهاز لعرض إعلانات وقياس أدائها. The App shows ads to keep it free. Ads are delivered via Yandex Mobile Ads with mediation for Start.io. These networks may use your device's advertising ID and some device data to serve and measure ads.

• على أجهزة iOS، نطلب إذنك (App Tracking Transparency) قبل استخدام بيانات التتبّع لأغراض الإعلانات، ويمكنك الرفض.On iOS, we ask your permission (App Tracking Transparency) before using tracking data for ads, and you can decline.
• على أجهزة Android، يمكنك إعادة ضبط أو حذف المعرّف الإعلاني من إعدادات الجهاز.On Android, you can reset or delete the advertising ID from your device settings.
• يمكن لبعض المستخدمين تعطيل الإعلانات داخل التطبيق وفق سياسة اللعبة.Some users may have ads disabled in-app according to the game's policy.

4. مزوّدو الخدمات الخارجيون4. Third-Party Service Providers

نعتمد على مزوّدي خدمات موثوقين لتشغيل التطبيق، ولكل منهم سياسة خصوصية خاصة:We rely on trusted providers to run the App, each with its own privacy policy:

5. مشاركة البيانات5. Data Sharing

نحن لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية. لا نشارك بياناتك إلا في الحالات التالية:We do not sell your personal data. We share it only in these cases:

• مع مزوّدي الخدمات المذكورين أعلاه، بالقدر اللازم لتشغيل التطبيق فقط.With the providers listed above, only as needed to run the App.
• معلومات ملفك العامة (اسم المستخدم، الصورة الرمزية، النقاط، الترتيب) تظهر للاعبين الآخرين كجزء طبيعي من اللعب.Your public profile info (username, avatar, points, rank) is visible to other players as a normal part of gameplay.

6. الأذونات على الجهاز6. Device Permissions

• الإنترنت: ضروري للّعب أونلاين ومزامنة بياناتك.Internet: required for online play and syncing your data.
• الإشعارات: لتنبيهك بالدعوات والأدوار والتحديثات.Notifications: to alert you about invites, turns, and updates.
• الاهتزاز: لردود فعل لمسية أثناء اللعب.Vibration: for haptic feedback during play.
• الوصول للصور: فقط عند اختيارك رفع صورة رمزية.Photo access: only when you choose to upload an avatar.
• الميكروفون: فقط في الألعاب الداعمة للدردشة الصوتية وعند تفعيلك لها.Microphone: only in voice-enabled games and when you turn it on.
• المعرّف الإعلاني: لعرض الإعلانات وقياس أدائها.Advertising ID: to serve and measure ads.

7. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات7. Data Retention

نحتفظ ببياناتك طالما بقي حسابك نشطًا. عند حذف حسابك تُحذف بياناتك الشخصية وبيانات اللعب المرتبطة بك بشكل نهائي، باستثناء ما قد يلزم الاحتفاظ به لأسباب قانونية أو أمنية لفترة محدودة.We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal and gameplay data are permanently deleted, except what we may need to keep briefly for legal or security reasons.

8. أمن البيانات8. Data Security

نستخدم إجراءات تقنية وتنظيمية معقولة لحماية بياناتك، بما في ذلك التشفير أثناء النقل والوصول المقيّد. ومع ذلك لا يمكن ضمان أمان أي نظام عبر الإنترنت بنسبة 100%.We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and restricted access. However, no online system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال دون سن 13 عامًا، ولا نجمع عن قصد بيانات منهم. إذا علمنا بجمع بيانات طفل دون هذا السن دون موافقة وليّ الأمر، سنحذفها. إذا كنت وليّ أمر وتعتقد أن طفلك زوّدنا ببيانات، يُرجى التواصل معنا.The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If we learn we collected data from a child under this age without parental consent, we will delete it. If you are a parent and believe your child provided us data, please contact us.

10. حقوقك10. Your Rights

• الوصول والتصحيح: يمكنك عرض وتعديل بيانات ملفك من داخل التطبيق.Access & correction: you can view and edit your profile data in the App.
• الحذف: يمكنك حذف حسابك وكل بياناتك من داخل التطبيق أو عبر صفحة حذف الحساب.Deletion: you can delete your account and all data in the App or via the account deletion page.
• الاعتراض والتحكم في الإعلانات: عبر إعدادات جهازك أو إعدادات التطبيق.Ad controls: via your device settings or the App's settings.

11. النقل الدولي للبيانات11. International Data Transfer

قد تُعالَج بياناتك وتُخزَّن على خوادم خارج بلدك عبر مزوّدي الخدمات المذكورين. نتخذ خطوات معقولة لضمان حماية بياناتك أينما عولجت.Your data may be processed and stored on servers outside your country via the providers listed. We take reasonable steps to protect it wherever it is processed.

12. تغييرات على هذه السياسة12. Changes to This Policy

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر. سننشر أي تغييرات على هذه الصفحة مع تحديث تاريخ "آخر تحديث" أعلاه. استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد التغييرات يعني موافقتك عليها.We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post changes on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
